CCP is partnering with the CC Animal Control to provide a tax deductible donation structure to provide needed equipment, facility renovations, and vet services for injured animals. The county operated shelter cannot directly take public donations, but Advocates for CC Animal Control can receive donations and manage those funds on behalf of CC Animal Control. No funds are provided for the general operations or staffing costs, as this would conflict with the County responsibilities. However, donations to support unfunded equipment and facility improvements or vet services for injured animals can be supported by Advocates for CC Animal Control managed funds.
